  Dale and crew are great people who look out for the average consumer. They prioritize fixing over replacing and prefer older, more reliable, more repairable units to the expensive and soon-to-bust units of today. I have had them fix several appliances, sometimes just by directing me over the phone. If you do need to get a new appliance, they specialize in refurbished models that are easy to repair and should last you a long, long time.
