  We called L & R to give us an estimate for work on our house. Lonnie showed up on time. We discussed the work we wanted done at length (new windows, siding, shower repair, etc). He promised us he would email an estimate with all costs (product and labor) to us ASAP. Two weeks later, no ESTIMATE. During the next week we called L & R at least 3-4 times but just got the answering device. After about the fifth call Lonnie called and gave us an oral estimate on only 2 repairs we wanted done. He AGAIN promised us a written estimate ASAP. As of this date we still have not received an estimate. I do not know the quality of their work, thus I cannot rate that. However a company that cannot follow up with a written, detailed estimate of their work is a company I would never hire.
